FS#78 - FranceIX

Dear members, We are experiencing a severe outage on our infrastructures right now. We don't know what the exact cause is yet. Investigations are ongoing. The issue is provoking a storm of packets on our switches, leading to high losses of packets, incidentally disrupting BGP sessions. We will keep you posted as soon as we know more.
